1. How to Participate
A new client who completes account funding during the campaign period will receive corresponding rewards.
2. Reward Categories
2.1 Deposit Reward
A client who makes an initial deposit of $0.01 or more will receive the chance(s) to draw a free stock worth up to $1800. The number of chances a client can draw a free stock is dependent on the initial deposit amount (see Table 1). The initial deposit amount is based on the cash amount of the first, single deposit the client makes in their Live Account. Multiple deposits made on the same day will not be considered a “single deposit.”
3. How to Collect Your Rewards
3.1 The initial deposit reward will be available to draw in the Rewards Center within 5 business days of the initial deposit’s settlement. ACH deposits settle in 3-4 business days. Once the client has drawn the free stock(s), the share(s) will be issued to the client’s Live Account within 10 business days.
4. Reward Description
4.1 Free Stock
The free stock will be delivered to the receiving client’s Live Account within 10 business days of the drawing. After that, the reward’s status in the client's Rewards Center will be updated from “Issuing” to “Issued.”
The value of the free stock is determined by its closing price on the previous trading day.
4.2 Reward Probabilities
Deposit Reward: Each draw represents a 100% chance to receive one free stock. The probabilities for receiving varying values of free stock are as follows:
5. Additional Notes
5.1 Rewards from this campaign do not conflict with other TradeUP campaign rewards in the same period.
5.2 Only clients who open a Live Trading account successfully are eligible to receive the free stock rewards. Clients who have an existing TradeUP account that clears through Interactive Brokers are not eligible for this campaign.
